Boojum is a very progressive and open place to work. In four years, and with the support of my Area Manager Susan, and the whole management team, I’ve progressed from crew, to supervisor, assistant manager, and now general manager of our Cork store. From our brilliant, diverse crew to our wonderful fun mix of customers and Boojum Addicts, no two days are ever the same - just the way we like it.
My favourite thing about working for Boojum is definitely the people I work alongside. A bunch of professionals, the best in the industry at what they do, that I learn from them every day. It is a company that makes me feel respected and valued that motivates me to do my job to the best of my ability.
Working for Boojum has been an incredible opportunity for me. I started when I was 18 as a crew member and have been given amazing opportunities to receive training and promotions with full support from management along every step of the way. Boojum invests time in people and works closely with all staff members at all levels to ensure they are fulfilled in their jobs and have room for growth and progression at all levels.
