This is not a drill, it’s finally open!
After months of anticipation from the people of D7 and the Smithfield area, the Boojum burrito is now in reach! According to some eager Boojum addicts on Twitter, “Christmas came early in Smithfield”. Many waited in anticipation for the day to come and we were blown away by the suspense that built up around the opening date, it was unreal!
The latest store on the Northside of Dublin opened its doors to a stream of eager customers who braved the icy cold temperatures to get in line for their legendary free t-shirt and burrito, a now customary celebration of our store openings. These bespoke limited-edition t-shirts are unique to Dublin with the city’s main attractions embedded in the design of the skull like Ha’penny bridge, Aviva Stadium, GPO, the Spire along with a few more.
As with all new stores we bring, around 30 new jobs to the area. The new addition brings the total to 12 stores which you can find across the cities of Belfast, Dublin, Galway and Cork. We have just announced our latest venture in the west of the country, Limerick which will open in the new year.
Our latest residence in Dublin is a cool spot in Smithfield Square right next to the tourist hotspot of Jameson’s Distillery and the Generator Hostel. A short stroll from the Luas stop and just around the corner from DIT Bolton Street, our newest establishment will no doubt keep the nearby students well supplied with some beasty burrito fuel. The store will soon offer Click ‘n Collect and Deliveroo services, we hope to reach loads of new customers from our newest location.
