What’s Missin’ in Limerick?!

Just a few weeks ago we announced big news… We are bringing our burritos to Limerick and will be opening so soon! There’s been HUGE demand for the ‘biggest name in burritos’ to come to Limerick that we couldn’t possibly ignore it. Limerick has undoubtedly been the number one requested location by you guys.

If you’ve been anywhere near Patrick Street in the past few weeks, you’ll have seen the blue banners asking you ‘What’s Missin’ in Limerick?’. Boojum is missing in Limerick but more importantly; what’s missing from Boojum is ‘U’, the people of Limerick!

This is the most exciting venture for us since launching in Cork last year and what an unforgettable year it’s been getting to know our Cork Boojum Addicts (some still in the making!). We’re looking forward to this being just as much fun. We really cannot wait to get rolling those burritos out to the good folk of Limerick. In the run up to opening we've been meeting some incredibly funny, lovely people... highlights include some super informative taxi trips, those Limerick drivers sure know their city! We are absolutely buzzing about meeting our Limerick customers, we know we’re about to do something really special in this wonderful city!

The new store will be, not only the 13th Boojum in Ireland but the 5th city for us to bring our authentic Mexican fayre to. The Limerick store will be located on 19 Patrick Street, which sits just on the edge of the city centre, seating up to 50 people.

We have created around 30 new jobs for the city both part and full time, all of which are being recruited for locally. If you think you have what it takes to bring Boojum Limerick to life with expert level burrito rolling and customer service; check out boojummex.com/jobs/ for the latest positions and job info.

This week our Limerick Facebook and Twitter pages went live so you’ll be able to stay updated with all the latest news, sneaky peaks inside the store, giveaways, competitions, general Boojum banter and of course where we’ll reveal the opening date! We’re trying to get a hang of the local Limerick lingo so follow us and help us out…
